• The Platform may contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

1.6 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SS CAREER SOLUTION, its affiliates, officers, and employees against all losses, claims, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law/right.

1.7 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).

1.8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Imphal, Manipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
